Konica Minolta Acquires Hershey Technologies to Deliver Customized Document Automation
SAN DIEGO, CA: Enterprise Content Management (ECM), technology optimization and cloud services provider, Konica Minolta Business Solutions has declared that it acquired resources of Hershey Technologies- an ECM system integrator offering SharePoint document management, document imaging and workflow solutions.
This acquisition will expand Konica Minolta’s ECM solutions and services portfolio as its customers will have broader reach to Hershey Technologies customized document automation and records management solutions.
Konica Minolta OnBase ECM solution can scan, capture and build electronic files that can be processed and shared to an online repository. Its other benefits includes automated manual processes and integrated back-end operations that consequently reduces the cost of workflows, simplifies invoicing and shipping to control labor and minimizes lost problems and real-time mobile access to professionals along with integrated ERP system. It also provides insight into critical business processes through customized dashboards and benchmarks to measure progress, instant document routing and tracking.
Hershey Technologies offers ECM solutions like transactional content capture, collaboration and workflow automation leveraging Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365. They offer hardware and software services focused on Data Capture Solutions, Document Imaging, OCR Data Extraction, Line of Business Integration and Business Process Automation along with Graphical Workflow Solutions, Reporting and Audit Tracking.
